'Plantation'...would you still consider that word a loaded Americanism/reminder of our colonial evils? A semantic blush-maker? Or do we get to drop it off the list, because in Australia, it apparently only means "we make good stuff for cleaning your body and these amazing chewing sticks -- not toothpicks, heathen -- that will get your mugg very fresh and also allow you to be hit on by 17-year-old meth dealers at the Health Food Junction."

I guess this is a plug ((maybe they'll sponsor my BMX team now)), but if you saw how each individual stick has notches like a tiny bedpost ((which of course makes you feel like you just dismanlted a village of Lilllliputian homes (hi, Tim) and are now devouring their furniture and what-not)) you'd be all over these lil' wooden wonders, too. Trust. And yes, I whipped one out just to write this scrap and to feel the Muse of Antiseptic Beauty in my molars.
