furtive glancer

I know a man who had two wives, and both of them loved Simon (Gallup, Cure bassist).

This sounds like a limerick, doesn't it? But it isn't -- it's just the truth.

Do you remember all of your music crushes? Do you still have a few? I hope so. I think when I was younger, it was much more about the boys who were just very, incredibly, very beautiful to look at/confusing to my pre-sexual mind a lot. John Taylor, the lead singer of Jesus Jones, et al(l).

Then I got older and I thought musical skill was important in the crushgroove (like I knew anything technically about music, but it's the phase) and so I got melty for so-and-so's insightful lyrics, or someone's mega-sincerity. The same fevery/dorked way boys talk about Mr.'s Lee and Pert of Rush: all fact, no fiction. "Michael Stipe's really humble, and he sees the small things, you know?"

Now I'm back to being a letch. It's a lot more fun this way. That Marty from Th' Church? Best Snack Forever. I have a retrograde thing for the Jesus Jones guy again (uh, I should know his name by now), which is confusing and also good. Boys!
